In these video tutorials, Paul shares with you over 30 years of experience as a professional painter. Filmed in HD, each tutorial has lifetime access and consists of full demonstrations, overhead footage, palette footage, in film reference, painting theory, tips and techniques.
How do I purchase a tutorial?
Locate your chosen tutorial and click 'buy now'. Follow the instructions to the payment gateway. You can use credit cards, debit cards or PayPal to make payment. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account. You can also use the PayPal option to pay by card.
My payment won't go through
Sometimes, online payments are stopped by card issuers, which can be frustrating. Please try your payment again or try a different card. You could also try the alternative payment provider shown at checkout. We use SumUp and PayPal payment providers. Both are payment gateways and do not need any sign up or accounts to be opened. If the problem persists contact your card issuer for more help.
How do I rewatch the video I purchased?
Go to the relevant tutorials page. Use the log in bar at the top right of the tutorials selection, and log into your account using the same email you used when purchasing the video. Locate the video in the tutorials selection and press play.
Can I download the video?
For copyright reasons, videos are not downloadable, but can be watched anytime on www.talbot-greaves.com.
Are the videos physical DVDs?
The videos are not available as physical DVDs and can only be watched in the video player on the tutorials page.
Can I watch on my iPad?
You can watch the tutorials on any device, including iPads.
The video I purchased isn't playing.
Please make sure you are using an up to date device and that you are logged in to your account on www.talbot-greaves.com. In most cases, refreshing your browser (f5) or rebooting the device will solve the issue.
Can I use gift vouchers to purchase tutorials?
Unfortunately, the facility to purchase tutorial videos using gift vouchers is not yet available.
What is the difference between a video tutorial and an online course?
Online courses are set courses to follow and complete on your own, in your own time or they may be completed in a time frame as part of a group. Courses generally have a limited access period. Video tutorials are standalone single tutorial sessions, usually with lifetime access.
