PAINTING COURSE TERMS
These terms apply to courses booked through www.talbot-greaves.com. Any courses, events or painting holidays booked via external links or through a third party, will be subject to that organiser's own terms and conditions.By making a booking you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
In Person Courses
All tutor led paintings and reference material supplied for tuition paintings are intended for learning only and must not be sold or passed off as your own work.
Booking fees
Booking fees cover tuition only and do not include any art materials, meals or overnight accommodation unless otherwise stated. Details of the courses including suggested materials & equipment are clearly written on the workshop descriptions.
Bookings are accepted through www.talbot-greaves.com. Any booking requests made without payment will only be held for 7 days, after which I reserve the right to offer your reservation to other applicants.
Only when your payment has been made can your booking be guaranteed.
Numbers
In person courses are limited to a maximum 15 people, however it is sometimes necessary to allow a slight increase depending on booking patterns.
Responsibilities
Whilst every effort is made by the organiser to eliminate risk during courses and workshops, all participants take part at their own discretion and are individually responsible for their own property and actions, either on or off the course premises, for the duration of each session.
Parking of participants vehicles at venues is done so entirely at the owner's risk.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a one off £20.00 administration charge to cover processing costs, website booking fees, and card payment fees.
For cancellations within one week of the course date, no refunds can be given.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, moved or rearranged you will be offered a refund of your payment or an alternative course. The organiser will not be held responsible for any extra costs arising out of the cancellation of a course.
Online Courses
Booking and fees for online courses cover the specific inclusion of material outlined in each individual course description. Please make sure you read the information carefully to ensure you book the most appropriate package for you.
Access
When you have purchased a course you can access it at anytime by logging into your account using the email address you signed up with. The course can be found in 'My Programs' section of your account page.
Refunds
Refunds for online courses cannot be made once you have accessed or downloaded digital material. You may however exchange your course for another course of the same or similar value within 14 days of purchase.
Duration
The duration of online courses is clearly stated in each course description, Access to material is normally granted but not limited to 12 months.
Copyright
No material, downloads, or screenshots of, or provided by, Paul Talbot-Greaves must be shared or posted online without the express permission of Paul Talbot-Greaves. No video material from the course must be copied, filmed or extracted.
Availability
Courses may be removed from the online course booking page at any time, but this will not affect your access to the material if you have purchased the course and have an access period remaining.
