DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
This policy covers refunds made from Paul Talbot-Greaves for any product or service paid for, either online, contactless, chip and pin, over the phone, BACS, cheque or cash payments.
If you paid for a product that was damaged or faulty.
If your product is faulty or damaged, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
If you paid for a product or service but changed your mind within 14 days.
Shipped items must be returned safely at your own cost. You are advised to take insurance on return shipping. Your refund will be processed once items have been received in the same condition that they were received.
If you paid for a product or service in error, or made a double payment by accident.
Please contact me as soon as possible and I will activate the refund. Payments made with bank cards will be subject to transaction fee deductions. Banks and banking apps charge transaction based fees which are non returnable to businesses (typically between 1.69% and 5.2% depending on your global location).
Refunds after 90 days
Any refunds that are paid after 90 days will require you to submit your bank details for direct payment into your account.
Refunds for BACS payments
BACS payments cannot be reversed, therefore refunds for BACS based transactions will require you to submit your bank details for direct payment back into your account.
Refunds for courses and events
Your payment secures your place on a course or event, however if you have to cancel your booking your refund will be subject to a one off £20.00 administration charge. This covers processing your initial reservation, processing your cancellation, and is inclusive of any card transaction fee deductions. Please note that any bookings cancelled within one month of the course start date cannot be refunded unless a replacement person can be found. I always do my best to fill cancellations and refund your payment.
