This policy covers returns and refunds made for products or services from www.talbot-greaves.com that were paid for, either online, via contactless, chip and pin, over the phone, BACS, cheque or cash payments.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery

Shipping for all purchases is calculated at the checkout. In most cases delivery times are 3-5 working days but may be longer due to delivery location or if there are weekends or bank holidays covering the delivery period. If a longer wait time is anticipated we will contact you. Please be aware that international shipping may be subject to import duties and charges on receipt of goods.

Late delivery

Any refunds issued for late delivery will be made at our discretion or at the discretion of theprintspace.co.uk for fine art prints that are late. Please note that the UK postal service only accepts late delivery after 15 days have passed.

International delivery

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Please not that import duties, taxes and/or import tariffs for individual countries are not included at checkout. You may have to pay these on delivery - please check with your local customs office.

REFUNDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you paid for a product or service in error, or made a double payment by accident.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will activate the refund. Payments made with bank cards will be subject to non refundable transaction fees. Banks and banking apps charge us transaction based fees which are non returnable to businesses (typically between 1.69% and 5.2% depending on your global location).

Change of mind refunds

If you change your mind and return a product, you will be refunded the full amount, minus any banking charges that were incurred at the time of purchase. Banking charges are non refundable to businesses and are typically between 1.69% and 5.2% depending on your global location.

Refunds for damaged or goods lost in transit

If your refund is due within 90 days of original payment and you paid by card or PayPal, your account will be refunded the full amount.

Refunds after 90 days

Any refunds that are paid after 90 days of original purchase will require you to submit your bank details for direct payment into your account.

Refunds for BACS payments

BACS payments cannot be reversed, therefore refunds for BACS based transactions will require you to submit your bank details for direct payment back into your account.

Refunds for courses and events

Cancellations for courses and workshops booked via www.talbot-greaves.com are subject to a one off £20.00 administration charge to cover processing costs, website booking fees, and card payment fees.

For any cancellations within two weeks of the course date, no refunds can be given.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

​If you paid for a product that was damaged or faulty.

If your product is faulty or damaged on receipt, a replacement or full refund will be offered, providing proof of damage is produced, i.e. a photo of the damaged product and packaging. In the case of damaged Fine Art Prints, we will act as agents in liaising with the fulfilment company, as they will hold at their discretion any decisions relating to replacing goods damaged in transit. In some circumstances we may require the damaged product to be returned to us.

 

​If you paid for a product or service but changed your mind within 14 days.

Intention to return an item must be made to us within 14 days of purchase. Shipped items must be returned safely at your own cost. You are advised to take insurance on return shipping. Your refund will be processed once items have been received, which must be in the same condition in which they arrived. For change of mind refunds, please see the change of mind refund policy.
