Each image is carefully photographed, checked and proofed for detail and colour match. Images are then printed on high quality archival paper to ensure longevity and a texture surface gives the same feel and look as an original painting.
Buying fine art prints
Paul's fine art prints are produced to order by a specialist fulfilment printing company. When you place an order on www.talbot-greaves.com you are purchasing from Paul Talbot-Greaves, however your order is automatically received by the fulfilment company who will handle the professional print process, packaging and shipping. For all queries, complaints or refunds, please contact us in the first instance.
Buying fine art prints in galleries
To keep your print purchase priced competitively, purchase of fine art prints by Paul Talbot-Greaves is currently only available from www.talbot-greaves.co.uk, If you purchased from a different site or physical store these are not genuine prints that support the originator. Please report to us immediately if you suspect any of Paul's prints may be available elsewhere.
My payment won't go through
Sometimes, online payments are stopped by card issuers, which can be frustrating. Please try your payment again or try a different card. You could also try the alternative payment provider shown at checkout. We use SumUp and PayPal payment providers. Both are payment gateways and do not need any sign up or accounts to be opened. If the problem persists contact your card issuer for more help.
If you paid for a product that was damaged or faulty.
If your product is faulty or damaged on receipt, a replacement or full refund will be offered, providing proof of damage is produced, i.e. a photo of the damaged product and packaging. In the case of damaged Fine Art Prints, we will act as agents in liaising with the fulfilment company, as they will hold at their discretion any decisions relating to replacing goods damaged in transit. In some circumstances we may require the damaged product to be returned to us.
If you paid for a product or service but changed your mind within 14 days.
If you change your mind and return a product, you will be refunded the full amount, minus any banking charges that were incurred at the time of purchase. Banking charges are non refundable to businesses and are typically between 1.69% and 5.2% depending on your global location.
