About the Event
In this workshop I will share with you how to use carefully considered layers to achieve clean and precise watercolour paintings. You will learn how to plan a watercolour, how to simplify, and how to work appropriately through light to dark values to achieve a realistic finish. Includes a follow along exercise and a demonstration of the painting process plus assistance with your own work.
What to bring
Reference material to work from (usually a few photographs), watercolour paints, watercolour paper, brushes, waterpot, palette, kitchen roll, masking tape, Water spray, 6B pencil, putty rubber. Complimentary tea and coffee is available throughout the day. Please bring your own lunch.
