About the Event

2 DAY WATERCOLOUR COURSE

Many painters are aware of transparent and opaque colours, and many avoid using opaques through fear of losing clarity in the painting. In this course we will study the use of tones, how and when to use opaque colours wisely, and where to use transparency for amazing effects. The course will include some exercise work to help you gain confidence in using your opaques as well as full demonstration paintings putting opacity into context.
