About the Event
TWO DAY WATERCOLOUR COURSE
In this course you will learn how to use watercolour to make paintings that engage the viewer, tell a story, create mood, and guide the eye through the subject. We will use techniques for making strong statements, such as where to use wet into wet, where to use hard edges, what to simplify, and how to suggest areas without over detailing. Throughout the course there will be explanations of painting theory, demonstrations, and discussion.
