COLOUR ECHOES & HARMONY IN ACRYLIC

Learn how to use colour to full effect through tones, values, colour harmony and echoes. Improve your acrylic paintings through the consideration of colour balance. The day will involve some colour theory work with a full acrylic demonstration showing how to unify a painting through colour, and ending with beautiful colour echoes.

What to bring

Reference material to work from (usually a few photographs), acrylic paints, (bring your own colours including titanium white), matt medium, surface to work on such as acrylic paper or canvas, spare paper for exercises, brushes, water pot, palette, kitchen roll, masking tape, Water spray, 6B pencil, putty rubber, table covering, old shirt or apron. Complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. Please bring your own lunch.
