Tumbledown wall, textures and moorland. Painting by Paul Talbot-Greaves

A beautiful view of Ingleborough from the flanks of Pen y ghent

Watercolour on Saunders Waterford Paper, 56 x 38cm

I deliberately kept this painting semi-abstract with only a hint of the recognisable profile of Ingleborough in the distance. My focus was on the dynamic shapes, colours and textures of the ancient wall.

This painting is currently in exhibition at The World of Modern Watercolour Exhibition, Moscow.
